The reception hostess, Buthina, was very wonderful and met all our needs. The hotel was fantastic and the view was very beautiful; we enjoyed it a lot. Nothing negative.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Nothing there that I didn’t like, except for one day when I ordered a sandwich from the restaurant that I didn’t like; it was bad.

The breakfast was amazing, and Joseph, the valet, made our experience even more delightful—thanks, Joseph, greetings from room 814. The cleanliness could have been a bit better, but nothing that spoiled our experience; the hotel is magnificent.
