The staff worked hard to make our stay as successful as possible; when we had trouble with our first room, they moved us to another one without fuss. The mattresses were very hard, yet simply asking for extra toppers fixed everything.

It’s very close to the main event area—ideal for a family vacation—and everything you need is available both in the resort and outside. However, traveling outside the resort at night can be tough because there are many reptiles near the road.

The highlight is the staff. They arranged a beautiful birthday surprise for my wife, and I can’t stop thanking Mr. Merry for the fruits and his thoughtfulness, Mr. View for the heartwarming conversations, and the room‑service ladies and supervisor who gave my wife a great birthday surprise and always cleaned the room fantastically.
