“Saja Makkah tower 2 Executive suite”
The place was spotless and the staff were friendly. The rooms were truly spacious. The shuttle to the clock tower worked well, but sometimes the path under the tower was closed, forcing you to take a longer route along Ibrahim Khalil Road. The only drawback was that the return shuttle dropped you at Merridian Tower 6, and the steep climb up to Saja is tough for seniors. Night and day, the noise from construction behind the hotel was quite disruptive.
The location was clean. The reception lady made us wait an hour to check in, and after that hour she said it would take another 30 minutes—an unacceptable delay.
