The place has a great spot, fair price and a tidy room, but the outside noise keeps you awake all night.

The hotel is simple and well‑built, which suits my preference for city‑center stays because I keep traveling the next day, and it’s fine. The windows aren’t sound‑proof, so the gas station below, with its loud young people and car engines, keeps rattling and makes it hard to sleep, so I finally fell asleep after 02:00 hs.

“Cheio de aventuras e surpresas !”

I liked the coffee, the neatness and the good location of our sleeping spot! The apartment itself is decent, but the downside is that it’s next to a gas station where truckers refuel any time of day or night, chatting loudly and creating noise, not to mention the cars on the avenue that do the same. Getting to all the nearby towns is awful because of the lack of buses and the Uber fare that’s inflated beyond what the app says! Better restaurants are far away! In short, we spent money but survived! The surrounding towns like Ibirá, Termas, etc. are beautiful.

The apartments sit above a snack bar inside a 24‑hour gas station, so the noise carries through the night.
