The accommodation was very clean, the equipment looked brand new, and there was a well-equipped kitchenette if you needed it. It's an apartment without a standard breakfast offer (you can order fresh bread delivery), but a short walk takes you to a great bakery where you can buy fresh bread or even have breakfast there.

The location is in the center, the room is clean with new cleaning supplies, spacious with plenty of storage, a comfortable bed, a large beautiful terrace, a handy drying rack for swimsuits and towels, an elevator, a safe in the room – finally at eye level and not on the floor. The only thing I would welcome is a broom and a dustpan – if you stay more than a day, there’s no way to sweep the floor.

A very nice, well‑run apartment hotel right next to Kurplatz and Europatherme, highly recommended. Everything is available, nothing is missing, even a physiotherapy clinic is on site, making for a pleasant holiday in a beautiful large apartment, with a car park and bike storage. The building is well maintained and thoughtfully designed down to the details. The hotel staff and the manager are very friendly. On the downside, two suggestions: 1. a vacuum cleaner in the room and 2. shower gel in the bathroom/shower would be nice.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is unbeatable. Even with the central location, it was wonderfully quiet. Check‑in was super easy thanks to the great description. Huge thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely return!
