The room was spacious and the breakfast was nice, but the toilet and bedsheets were dirty and smelled bad.

The rooms were poorly maintained and the blankets were dirty and uncomfortable. They should replace bed covers and blankets when they’re worn out; a three‑star hotel needs proper upkeep. The basins and bathrooms were in bad shape with almost broken pipes at the sink base, and the staff were rude and unprofessional.

The room was clean, but the reception staff were unfriendly, the restaurant food was subpar, only one bottle of water was given to a couple, and there was no coffee kettle.
