“Family home offers up a bedroom”

The staff were friendly, but getting to the place was a hassle, especially at night on a very narrow road that required a U‑turn, which was almost impossible for most cars. The house looked untidy and shared a bathroom with the owners’ daughter, making it feel uncomfortable. Since it’s a private family home, it falls short of typical BNB standards, and the hallway floor is uneven, making it dangerous to walk through.

“Un séjour reposant et agréable”

A very beautiful place, quiet, with a stunning view and a lovely pool, and the hosts are charming, pleasant, and available; the establishment is very clean.

The spot was great, but after booking we were told the bathroom and toilet were shared with the owners’ daughter, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. We had to walk through the owners’ dining room and kitchen whenever we wanted to head to the pool house or even leave the house because there’s no separate entrance.

We spent a lovely time with Marie‑Brigitte and Serge, though it felt a bit too short. The couple were very communicative, accommodating and friendly, offering generous regional restaurant, bay and activity recommendations along with their warm hospitality. The pool, with its view over La Ciotat’s bay, is breathtaking and invites you to linger. The small kitchen right by the pool isn’t suited for cooking simple meals on arrival; it’s more for reheating dishes.

“Très bien pour une nuit”

The location is excellent, the owners are pleasant, and the view is gorgeous. The only downside is the road that leads to the house.
