“Muy buena atención del personal”

The staff who attended me were very attentive and efficient, helping with everything. The restaurant service was not good. Guests don’t get priority in front of the space compared to diners who arrive to eat. The room I got was right in the middle of the traffic of all the other guests and had a lot of noise from the early hours of the morning.

“Beautiful place”

The ambiance, infrastructure, decorations, and the restaurant (including the staff) are great. The location is also a highlight. The beds were extremely soft, making it hard to sleep (the pillows were also very bad). The door knob didn’t work from the inside, so we had to use a key every time we wanted to leave our bedroom, and the shower fixtures were loose (we had to hold the shower with one hand to use it). We reported these issues the minute we arrived, they said they would fix them, but they didn’t.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged all tours for our stay and coordinated all shuttle services to and from the airport. The location was close to the old town, and all the restaurants were within walking distance. The terrace offered a wonderful view of the town and you could easily see the balloons flying in the morning. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The Tuma restaurant, located on the hotel’s terrace, served delicious food and the service was amazing. Everything was perfect.

“Just brilliant, horse riding ,balloons , history,”

The property is beautiful, the location is great, and we ate at the restaurant almost every night, which was so nice. The staff were exceptional and the manager went out of his way to make our stay special. Nothing else to add.

Our stay at Peruna Cave was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The Manager and all the Staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, organizing our airport transfers and booking our hot air balloon experience with ease. We stayed in the Junior Suite with a private terrace and jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful town of Göreme. The cave room was beautifully designed, full of character, cozy, and a truly unique experience. Waking up to those incredible views felt magical. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, offering breathtaking views and delicious food. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, a full Turkish breakfast with a fantastic variety of fresh and thoughtfully prepared dishes. Peruna Cave exceeded all our expectations with its exceptional service, beautiful atmosphere, and unforgettable experience. If you're visiting Cappadocia, this is a must-stay. We can't wait to come back!. Everything was perfect!
