The rooms were spotless and had thoughtful touches, mostly quiet with a great 15th‑floor view, and the self‑serve snack room was handy; the on‑site food, especially breakfast, was good, though lunch and dinner felt more like tavern fare. We would have liked extra pillows, but we were too exhausted to request them, and a dedicated suitcase stand would have been better than using a table or desk for luggage.

The bar staff were very friendly and the food was great, but housekeeping never came to my room, even after I called at 8 am on 9/4; when I returned from my event at 9 pm they still hadn’t come, leaving the bed stripped with no sheets or fresh towels, so I had to call again for new sheets. The water in my room was cold, though I didn’t mention it until the end of my stay.

There’s no complimentary breakfast unless you pay for it, and everything else was disappointing.
