The staff were friendly, but there was no elevator; someone with a knee limitation would find the stairs very difficult and should be warned.

Breakfast was very good and the restaurant food was delicious; the hotel is well‑located, the room is comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The wet‑room bathrooms near the pool were a bit untidy.

The staff were definitely helpful and friendly; the food was excellent and the pool and jacuzzi area were spectacular. The apartment was uncomfortable: it advertises space for six but only fits four, with one double bed and two single beds; the sofa bed was dirty and uncomfortable, and the mattress designated for the other sleeper was too hard. The walls were very dirty and it was obvious that maintenance and paint had not been done in a long time. In terms of cleanliness, there was a frog in one of the bathrooms. I suggest checking the apartment facilities before handing them over.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, but the room with a view of the reservoir also picked up some noise from the town.
