スタッフの方々の対応が良かったです。 朝食が美味しかったです。
The staff were very helpful and the place was very convenient for skiing. On arrival our own van picked us up from the Alpico bus stop and brought us back there when we left. Getting to the slopes each day was a 5‑minute trip on the shuttle bus. That bus stop was a 1‑minute walk from the hotel’s drying room (ski storage). We had a good breakfast every day, could walk easily to two great restaurants, and each evening a van took guests to a convenient store for cheaper food.

The staff were fabulous, they couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay enjoyable. My husband left his phone at a local restaurant and only realised when the restaurant had closed. The hotel staff contacted the restaurant owners and retrieved it for him the next day. Also it was my daughter’s birthday and the breakfast team sang ‘Happy Birthday’ with all the restaurant guests; which made her day. Initially when we arrived, there are some areas which need repair, like the steps at the front of the property
All the facilities, equipment, and furniture were very old and outdated.
