“It was an average stay.. rooms are good location excellent and staffs cordial. This hotel need little enthusiasm and push”

The place is well‑situated, but the lifts are a hassle.

Nothing to say.

The bathroom shower system is really bad, but everything else is fine.

The room I stayed in was comfortable, but cleanliness was a problem. On 24 September 2026 I reported maintenance issues; the hotel assigned me a room for four nights, but on the third night they told me the water pipes in my room had burst and that if we didn’t move immediately it would affect other rooms. I had to vacate and shift to a new room that wasn’t clean, and the staff wasn’t helpful in cleaning it. I had to call reception ten times. This incident shows the hotel’s maintenance is poor and they don’t care about room cleanliness or guest health.

“They could have adjusted the dates i was ready to pay extra but they did not change”

I never got a refund for my payment, and the staff’s behavior was unacceptable.
