The ground‑floor room was as requested, the place was calm, the bathroom had a sink, the window could be opened fully, the parking was large, there were beverage dispensers and ready‑made dishes, a microwave was available, and the showers were spacious, but the mattress was hard.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, but I didn’t like that the toilets and showers were separate.

I’m a wheelchair user and at reception I was told to go to the Ibis front; the receptionist gave me a room on the first floor (second level), so I had to climb stairs with heavy luggage, the shower was standard and had no wheelchair seat, which is why I’m dissatisfied. The solution would be a “PMR” checkbox during online booking to avoid being assigned to a floor.
