The staff were very friendly. Ibrahim greeted us, explained everything, showed us around, was always available and very responsive. You need to double‑check room cleaning, towel cleanliness, and the cutlery at breakfast.

The receptionist Ozgur was very helpful, a great employee and gentleman. At breakfast, the staff, especially the young boy Onur, served well; Ozgur and Onur truly provide excellent service.

Ozgur was incredibly friendly, just like Isker, and the breakfast was delicious; the views were stunning and everything was spotless.
