“It got the job done.”

The hotel welcomed pets and offered plenty of parking, but the pool wasn’t heated, the kitchen counter was cracked, and the toilet wasn’t firmly secured to the floor.

“Never going back”

I spotted a roach in the cupboard and water on the bathroom floor, so I asked for a room change but the clerk treated it like a bother, and there was mold in the bathroom floor corner.

A few weeks after checking out, the hotel withdrew money from my account for no reason—first $13, then a week later $11. They didn’t refund it, but after I requested an investigation, the charges stopped. Still, it was bad business.

“Nice stay but cooking was difficult.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and I liked the extra room and amenities. The stove was inconvenient because it was controlled by a timer; it would shut off while cooking and had to be reset, which made preparing meals—especially those needing longer cooking times—difficult.

“It was ok I had a dog next door that woke me up and they didnt clean the room or give us new towels”

The breakfast location was good. The room cleaning was lacking.
