The property is an eight‑minute walk to the River Ness, Inverness Castle, and the Tourist Information Centre, with a golf course just three minutes away.

I was told to ring the bell when arriving at the bed & breakfast, but the housekeeper who came out didn’t speak English, so I couldn’t explain that the toilet was clogged with ‘contents’ when we got there, and she couldn’t help. Later I got an email with key‑safe instructions, but that didn’t fix the problem. Parking was only on the street until 8 am, and breakfast didn’t start until 8 am, so I had to leave without breakfast to avoid a fine. The location was quiet, though.
