From the get-go we felt super comfy. The spot is spot‑on and Ana, the host, pointed out loads of cool places to hit up and great spots to eat. The bed was ultra‑cozy and she let us stash our groceries in the fridge. We loved the whole thing and will definitely come back.

The place offers a handful of basic rooms for rent in a quiet village setting; a restaurant sits 1.5 km away and a campsite is 600 m away, plus there's a shop for essentials. The room and bathroom stay clean. According to the booking, there should have been a balcony, but none was present.

A solid spot to enjoy Asturias, tucked in the little village of Avín where you wake up to birdsong. It's pretty comfy. The owner Ana is very friendly and explained activities and local sights right after I arrived. All good.

The location is great, parking is available on the property, the beds are comfortable, and Ana’s service is top. The bathroom soap isn’t restocked and not every room has a hair dryer.
