Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Tulsa South by IHG

“Ok”

Although my stay at this hotel was disappointing due to a persistent fire alarm that went off all night, I must commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness. Unfortunately, the constant beeping of the fire alarm made it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep, which was very frustrating.

My entire experience at this hotel was truly exceptional, from the wonderful breakfast to the great value for money. The politeness and courtesy shown by all the employees were impressive, and I felt truly welcome throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Comfortable”

While I enjoyed a comfortable bed during my stay, I did encounter a few issues that prevented me from fully enjoying my time at the hotel. The shower head was positioned too high, making it difficult to use, and the bed was elevated to the point where I needed to use extra effort to climb onto it. A step stool would have been a welcome addition to the room.

“Got our kicks on route 66”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were amazing and the hotel was clean and conveniently located. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service - they only left one towel and no washcloths, and the toilet paper was barely a quarter full.
