We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Noura! My family and I booked two rooms and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless and pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect environment to relax and unwind. A special thanks to Mr. Anmol Thapa, the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference. Whether it was helping us with local recommendations or ensuring all our needs were met, Mr. Thapa was always there with a smile. The staff were very supportive and quick to respond, and the E-Carts let me move around easily; I felt at home, and the water body between the cottage blocks gave me inner peace. The hotel’s amenities were nice, and the rooms were neat and clean.
