The staff were friendly. Arriving exhausted made it hard to enjoy some of the offerings.

We came with the whole family and it felt like a true adventure, especially getting there by a short boat ride and a quick walk through the forest because the hotel sits on an island. Once we arrived, everything we needed to unwind was right there. The only downside was that the food choices were limited because it was low season.
