The station is nearby and the place is clean. It was hard to figure out where the PIN was sent, and other guests were noisy, making it hard to sleep.

The affordable price was the deciding factor, and the interior looked nice with clean sinks and toilets. Even though it was a self‑check‑in hotel, the pre‑arrival email explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. I stayed multiple nights, but the towels weren’t replenished at the start. However, after I emailed, they delivered them promptly even late at night, which was very helpful.

The spot is fantastic, surrounded by cool restaurants, shops, and even art galleries. Koenji is really developing, so this place works great as a launchpad to explore the area and venture further out.
