Hotel O The Angel palace

“Not recommend to anyone”

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by unhygienic conditions, which left a lasting impression on me. Despite the hotel's potential, the lack of cleanliness was a major letdown. The hotel's cleanliness issues overshadowed any other aspects of my stay.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, with dirty metres, pillows, and a small bed making it difficult to relax. The hotel's failure to maintain basic cleanliness and provide a comfortable sleeping space was a major issue. Overall, my stay was a bad one.

My stay at this hotel was an unpleasant experience, starting from the moment I arrived. The room was in a pathetic condition, and the reception staff refused to check me in without confirmation from the manager, who then asked me to pay a flat rate instead of honoring the booking. The hotel's refusal to honor my booking and the poor condition of the room made for an uncomfortable stay.

“Scam hotel avoid booking as they deny checkin and ask more money”

I was initially hesitant to book this hotel, but Oyo's refund policy saved me from a potentially disastrous stay. Unfortunately, the hotel's owner declined my booking, and the reception staff misbehaved with me. The owner's excuse that Oyo takes 30% of the booking fee was unconvincing, and I was eventually forced to speak to Oyo to get a refund. The hotel's behavior was unacceptable, and I would advise others to avoid it.

“The Perfect Stay”

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the polite and friendly staff who made every effort to ensure I had a wonderful time. The hotel itself was superb, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money I got. Everything about my stay was great, from the comfortable room to the excellent service provided by the staff. It was a truly wonderful experience that I will always cherish.
