“整潔有待加強”

I was impressed by the staff's attitude, but the stay was rough. I had to swap rooms three times: first 610, where the duvet was covered in hair and dust; stepping on the floor in black socks felt gritty and the soles turned gray. I asked the front desk for a change and got 606, which was better—cleanliness dropped from 100% to about 70%—yet the bathroom sink still had vomit‑like or fruit‑like particles. Finally, room 509 was clean enough. The website listed a fridge, but the first two rooms lacked one until the last room finally had it.
