“كانت جيدة نسبياً”
The room was clean and the building is close to services and you can even smell the sea. I booked at the last minute and arrived within half an hour of booking, with a quick check‑in. They upgraded me to a larger room in the adjacent building, which is closer to the street. The staff were friendly. However, the room had a door that opened onto the next room, causing a lack of privacy and noise. Also, when I tried to extend my stay, I was shocked to find the next night was more expensive; they said it was the hotel’s weekend policy, but no one told me the price would change for an extra night.
I appreciated Mr Khalid’s cooperative attitude as the person in charge of care. The location was not ideal; it was hard to find the hotel, and even the taxi driver had trouble locating it.
“Poor hotel”
The staff were nice and breakfast was very good. The room wasn’t properly cleaned; there was dirt around the bed frame and the floor needed vacuuming. Noise from neighbors started at 6 am, there was an odor in the room, and the toilet had no water.
Everything was truly excellent: service, reception, and cleanliness were all wonderful.
The reception staff were friendly and tolerated my over‑the‑top requests. The location was distinctive. The suite we rented offered a view of Alexandria from above, had a good air‑conditioner, and was well equipped. Nothing specific to criticize, though room‑service could improve over time; overall, I didn’t have any complaints, everything was fine.
