A classy, beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable hotel with an excellent location; the staff were courteous and efficient, especially the lady named Lbna, who was one of the nicest people we met and the reason we chose to stay at this lovely property.
Room 227 had a very loud buzzing noise from the electrical card slot—where the key card is inserted—throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Please investigate and resolve this issue.

The location, service, and speed of execution were good. The cleanliness was lacking: insects were on the bed and in the bathroom.

I changed several air‑conditioned rooms that couldn’t be closed easily; the last one, room 106, was noisy because it faced a café and I couldn’t sleep due to a match’s noise, plus the bathroom had a leaking ceiling. This was my first time staying at the hotel, and there were many problems.
