The owners were incredibly friendly, attentive, and gave us all the tips we needed to enjoy Galway fully; breakfast was lovely. The room was clean and modern, and it was a very short walk to the city centre, which mattered a lot since I’d injured my leg before the trip. The only downside was that rush‑hour traffic in Galway city centre can be awful, so plan for delays when arriving or leaving.

“Great location, great service, great place to stay!”

The service was exceptional; George and Bridie are the nicest couple and great hosts. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered off‑street parking. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options: full breakfast, yogurts, cereals, fresh fruit, and breads. It sits on a quiet street, just a ten‑minute walk from the tourist district—very convenient.

It’s easy to walk to many places, and Birdie was a wonderful host who gave plenty of great suggestions for things to see around Galway. Nothing else to add.

“Home sweet home”

Super address in Galway; close to the centre on foot, and you can leave your car. The modern room was well equipped and very pleasant. Breakfast was very good, and the hosts were exceptionally kind, doing everything to make your stay unforgettable and loving their job. Thanks for the great tips on visiting Connemara. We loved the stay and felt like we were at friends’ homes. Nothing to change.
