Vila Terazije is right in the heart of the city, making it a perfect spot to visit many of Belgrade’s landmarks without needing transport—think Hram Svetog Save, Svetog Marka church, the National Assembly of Serbia, Kalemegdan, Marakana stadium, Slavija square, Knez Mihailova street, and more. If you head a bit further out, a shuttle is available right outside the villa. The place radiates an exceptional atmosphere, cleanliness, and calm, all thanks to a lovely host who was extremely friendly and ready to meet every request.

The old authentic building looked even better than the photos, and the interior had been renovated. The room was a little small but not a problem for me, it was very clean and everything was very close.

What I liked most was that it’s in downtown Belgrade. Excellent price‑quality, great service from Maja, everything clean and tidy—had a wonderful holiday.
