The staff were very nice, but the curtains were not clean.

Almost everything was fine, except the geyser wasn’t working and the AC cooling was not up to standard.

The only good thing was the location, which is why we chose this hotel, but the room was too small for four people and didn’t match the pictures; the furniture, bedsheets, and toiletries were not neat and clean, and water was served in reused bottles instead of a jug—overall it wasn’t worth the money and felt overpriced.

The stay and staff were good, and it’s close to Mall Road for easy commuting, but everything else was also good.
