Extended Stay America Suites - Frederick - Westview Dr

“This is a poor quality hotel chain that I would certainly never use again.”

No ice, no utensils, and despite being marketed as an extended‑stay suite, there were no basic supplies like soap or shampoo. It was a terrible place to stay, and I won’t book this hotel chain again.

The room had a bad odor inside.

“We did not stay because it smelled so bad”

The place smelled like animal pee, was dirty, and had no lights outstanding the building.

“Disguisting! DO NOT BOOK!”

Nothing at all. Disguisting! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Smelled like Marajuana as soon as my family and I walked through the door to check in at the counter! We went to our assigned room and immediately turned around before walking through the door. Smelled like cat urine and feces. It took our breath away. We immediately went back to check in counter and requested a refund. Another customer was there who said they switched him to a 2nd room after his arrival and he complained and it was worse than the first! Absolutely disguisting and would never stay here! This place needs shut down!

“Would not recommend and would not stay again.”

The location is convenient, in a cluster with several other hotels. The room had a very strong odor, a dirty refrigerator, and the carpet felt icky. I made a late reservation, paid in full, but the desk clerk said the reservation was cancelled because “we didn’t show up.” It took up to 30 minutes for her to find an available room and figure out how to check us in.
