The Hank Bethlehem Pty Ltd offers family rooms with private bathrooms, air‑conditioning, walk‑in showers, TV and free WiFi, each accessed via a private entrance. Guests enjoy a sun terrace, year‑round outdoor pool, outdoor fireplace, lounge and seating area. A daily buffet breakfast, on‑site coffee shop, free parking, housekeeping, full‑day security, executive lounge and outdoor dining complete the experience.

The place was spotless and everything functioned smoothly, but a group of schoolkids staying in the guesthouse made some noise in the evening and early morning.

Check‑in felt friendly, efficient, and welcoming, the breakfast offered a good variety, and the location is excellent. I booked the “executive suite,” which is well decorated with luxurious furniture, yet the kitchenette is disappointing—no cutlery, no plates, no wine glasses, just two coffee cups and two water glasses, and not even a teaspoon; you have to stir your coffee or tea with a bamboo stick. There’s no dishcloth or soap to wash up with, and a microwave is present, but without any plates it’s pointless. Calling the unit an executive suite, they should at least provide more than a single thin towel; there was no electric adaptor plug for the electric blanket, and it seems the hotel is so concerned about small thefts that they forget the executive suite customer isn’t there to take your teaspoon or plug.

The room was beautiful, but the parking area was very small; the person next to us with a 4×4 had difficulty parking in their bay, leaving very little space for us to get through the gate and into the parking space.

The rooms are spacious, but the Monica machine was a problem.
