The location was decent. The first night the room felt chilly, but we sorted it out later. I chose it for the heated pool, but there were no robes, so I didn’t use it because I didn’t know how I’d get back to the room with wet swimwear. The shower water stayed hot for only a very short time, making it impossible to wash my hair.

The spot is spot on, and the room feels super comfy! The staff could definitely step up their game.

“Não atendeu às expectativas”

Great location and good service. The shower in the room wasn’t heating, so we called maintenance; they adjusted the water flow outside the room and it improved. The next day the same issue returned, so we had to take a cold shower to keep our scheduled outing. Also the mini‑fridge wasn’t working.
