Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Brooks

The bed was comfy and breakfast came included. However, it was extremely noisy; the old pipes made creaking and running water audible all night. The bathroom door was warped, so opening and closing it made a lot of noise, and I woke up several times from other guests struggling with their doors.

The breakfast was good, and the staff serving the food were excellent, though there were very few choices. The whole hotel smelled bad; the entrance area and the room were filled with an unpleasant odor, probably from the season and farming—just a guess—but it was really intense and unpleasant.

The bed was very comfortable and I got a very good night’s sleep. The bathroom was an issue: pipes were very noisy, and the noise came from another occupant in a different room who was showering.

During a busy summer season, I was able to book a room with 2 queen beds on short notice. No complaints

“Warning! There are TWO Heritage Inns side by side. This one is the ghetto side. Don't book this one.”

The bed was comfortable. The staff in restaurant was friendly. No elevator, so we had to carry a number of bags to the 2nd floor. (we are seniors) The lobby smells like cigarettes, booze and desperation. There were squished mosquito guts all over the lobby walls. Maintenence is nonexistent. The carpets were heaving, (a severe tripping hazard), shower tiles had black mold, peeling laminate on counter, hole between tub and door was stuffed with toilet paper
