The place is well‑situated, quiet, and close to attractions. The room was clean, but there were large cockroaches. The air‑conditioner works well and is quiet. Reviews mention hot water, yet there is none now because the electric heater was removed from the wall. The Sri Lankan breakfast includes a single‑egg omelet, runny lentils, flatbreads, coffee with a piece of chocolate cake, and a bottle of water. The Wi‑fi signal is unstable; the host’s router is shared, and when multiple rooms connect, the signal becomes very weak. Washing your hair with cold water is difficult.

The room was nice and the people were very friendly. We were served a typical Sri Lankan breakfast early in the morning.
