You can hear the flatulence from the room next door. The street traffic of motorcycles is noisy, and to top it off, there are loud people who come into the hostel to shout at early hours.

The location was great, the cleanliness was good, the room was spacious, and the price and service were excellent. The hotel is in the park, and I’ve been there twice; the service is PISSED. They need to improve the TV service, which is very average.
“MEJOREN LA ATENCION. NO ES EL PRIMER COMENTARIO AL RESPECTO”
The hotel is average, suitable for people who only want the basics. It’s not a five‑star place, but it’s not bad either. I originally booked through Booking and they made me cancel because the manager wasn’t there. That’s unacceptable; the person in charge should have all the information. Luckily they offered me a cheaper room than on Booking. If the staff can’t handle reservations, they should be removed from Booking because it wastes the user’s time. How can the manager travel during peak demand? If he must, at least leave clear instructions or fire the incompetent staff. Another issue: both Booking and the hotel advertise a tourism service, but when I asked, they said it was handled by the manager. I called the manager and he gave me the number of a terrible agency that also gives no information and is on vacation. That’s disrespectful 👎

The value for money was very good. The bed was comfortable and soft. The bathroom was private with a hot shower. The only downside was the roosters crowing early and the bars closing at odd hours.
