The hotel was spotless and the front desk staff were always polite, even though the reception was crowded. The breakfast was a mixed bag: on the first day there was no buffet because of low occupancy, which made sense, but on the second day the buffet appeared and the food was just average, with service moving slowly.

The beds were comfortable and the naming ceremony was a highlight, yet the breakfast was terrible—the service was even worse than the food. They promised a buffet but the staff seemed uninterested in setting one up, the food was awful, the service was bad, and the English was poor.
