The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and everything else I liked.

The beds and pillows were clean, but the water was so hot it burned our skin, the shower was unusable, there was no toilet paper or shampoo so we had to bring our own, and the power went out for the whole night—terrible, with no discount or apology.

The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and we requested a ground‑floor room for a person with limited mobility, which was granted and made our stay accessible and comfortable—thanks. The shower overflowed so much that water reached the area that should have stayed dry.
