The manager was incredibly cordial, and the pool was gorgeous.

The place was very well cared for, the themed room (ours was sea) was tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Mr Giulio is very friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable right away. He let us use the pool late, and supplied a fridge with cold water. In the morning you can have breakfast (the shared kitchen is lovely, with sweet and savory options). He was very attentive to each guest’s needs and recommended a great restaurant/pizzeria nearby (we were tired from a long trip). It was a pity we were just passing through on our way back from vacation. A very relaxing spot, close to the Perugina chocolate museum. We’ll definitely come back to visit Assisi, which isn’t far from the property, a good compromise between quality, price, and proximity to tourist sights. Thanks, Giulio, see you soon!
