I booked a stay that included breakfast, but upon arrival I discovered there was no food service available.

The property was very bad and the staff behaved rudely. The hotel was bad, had no facilities, and when I booked an extra mattress the staff told me around 2 AM that the extra mattress was not available and that I should cancel the booking.
