Everything was excellent.

The room was spacious enough for the four of us, and the heating worked great – a real plus in southern Chile – with wood‑burning stoves down the hall and in the common areas, plus a gas heater in the room that didn’t smell at all.

The place is very comfortable, warm—no cold at all—and the owners are very kind. Everything is excellent, no comments.

The people who welcomed us were so friendly, the place was wonderful, they had the stove on. The water pressure was good. WE LOVE THE DOGS. Nothing negative.
