Garden views are offered from the Comfort Triple Room, which includes a private entrance and air‑conditioning. The sleeping area provides two beds and a crib option, accommodating up to two guests, and features a wardrobe, seating area and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels. A private bathroom contains a shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries.

“Sehr saubere gepflegte Unterkunft im sehr schönen toskanischen Stil.”
Very clean and well maintained, spacious and with a great pool in a very quiet setting. The access from the main road was a bit of an adventure, and nothing is within walking distance; there are no lit streets or sidewalks, though that doesn’t affect the accommodation.
The location and the facilities are good, and the food is decent. The staff felt a little cold.

The place is surrounded by greenery and the location is fantastic.
A wonderful spot but hard to reach because the last stretch is a washed-out gravel track, and we were traveling by wheels. The 7 km to San Giminiano felt longer for us.
Great location, peaceful and surrounded by calm. Breakfast and dinner were good. The room is adequately sized and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff are helpful and courteous, giving a homely feel.
