“Comfy enough, but at a cost”
The staff are very friendly—especially Eugene—and the lobby and lifts have amazing décor. Being close to Central Park and Fifth Avenue is great. The Harry Cipriani restaurant is superb. Wi‑fi is fast and easy to connect. The room was cozy. However, construction on the building’s façade creates no noise or bother, but the scaffolding outside the window spoils the building’s appearance. Having a lift operator in 2026 seems a bit unnecessary, but I guess it keeps people employed. Facilities are limited—a gym. The room AC is very noisy.
