Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic location

The building has a charming old‑house vibe. Our room was fine, with a large, very comfortable bed. The air‑con worked well, and even though the windows faced the street, we were on the 4th floor and it stayed quiet. Breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom smelled a bit off when we first opened the door, and there were some unsightly marks on the toilet, but the ventilation and cleaning staff sorted it out.

La colazione molto buona ed abbondante servita nell'area dedicata molto carina, con scelta sia salata che dolce. La bellezza della struttura con ascensore in cristallo e porte in legno intagliato. Mobili su misura molto belli. Gentilezza dello staff veramente splendida. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti sia Santa Sofia che il tram 1 utile per andare negli altri quartieri di Istanbul. Unico difetto la presenza di qualche zanzara nella stanza, motivo per cui non do 10 alla struttura. Istanbul è sul mare quindi è facile che ci siano ma la struttura deve organizzarsi

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location is great, my room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. No negatives.
