The area was great, the rooms were modern, the air conditioning worked, and overall conditions were very good!

We were told we would have coffee in the morning, yet we found nothing, and the breakfast was missing entirely despite the high price. The walls in the rooms are thin, sound insulation is lacking, and there is a lot of outside noise, making the price feel too high.

“Perfect place”

The location, furniture, and staff were all excellent, but it would have been much better if we had a functional terrace by the lake with music, a grill, and drinks.

The staff were friendly and parking was available, but from the moment I entered the room I could smell a strong sewage odor. Cleanliness was very lacking: in the bathroom I found strands of hair, dust, and even a used toothpaste cap left by previous guests, and the floor was dusty and dirty. The room had two beds, one on the ground level and one in the attic accessed by stairs. On the lower bed, dust and plaster flakes from the ceiling or attic fell, and I found a dead cock in a folded sheet. The exterior was no better: the building looks very old and unkempt, almost abandoned. The conditions offered do not justify the price paid at all.
