This is a scam; nothing about it I like. The public area was awful, and the staff were very rude and drunk during his shift (Pratap).

I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel, with reception staff lacking any semblance of knowledge or customer service skills. The room itself was a letdown, with dirty and stained bathroom towels, a worn-out bed and mattress, and outdated decorations. The breakfast was a cheap, low-quality affair that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. To make matters worse, my mattress had seen better days and felt more like a hammock than a comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues, including a dirty room and a lackluster breakfast. The room was not cleaned properly, and the breakfast was very ordinary and unimpressive.

“A nice place if the cleanliness standards could be maintained”

While the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, there were some notable issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The lamp, light fittings, and air conditioning unit were all covered in dust, and the floor had not been mopped properly. To make matters worse, there was a broken tray in the washroom that needed to be replaced. Despite these issues, the staff were responsive and did their best to address the problems.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not memorable for any positive reasons, as it felt old-fashioned and lacking in modern amenities.
