The bed was comfortable, but I needed a blanket; only a sheet was provided. The towels were stained, worn out, and grey. The hand shower didn’t work, and the bathtub was unusable because the water fluctuated between very hot and cold. There was no internet, and the room looked nothing like the pictures.

The reception was wonderful, and a very good, polite boy recommended an excellent restaurant just a short walk away. Breakfast was espresso‑style and great, and the waiters were friendly and efficient. Everyone was good. Nothing to report.

Location, atmosphere, service. The tour guide, upon arrival, immediately sat with you holding a brochure.

The staff and owner were amazing, gentle, and I love the position. The place is very well kept, offers a nice view, and the room is very good.
