The room was comfortable, yet the staff treated us like we were a nuisance and that was unrelated.

I couldn’t stay because they said they couldn’t honor my reservation “unless I paid”; I had already been on my way and they insisted that if I didn’t pay they wouldn’t keep my reservation. When I asked them to cancel my stay, they still refused.
