The receptionist was friendly and guided us to visit Kuelap, Quiocta, and both Gocta waterfalls, and the breakfast was very tasty. The only thing missing was Netflix.

I felt very comfortable overall; the check‑in and check‑out times were generous, the room had everything needed, and the bed was truly comfortable. Every morning there was a freshly prepared breakfast that I could customize. Melissa was very friendly and accommodating. I was in Chachapoyas for tourist tours and can highly recommend this hostal. The only issue was that the room faced the street, so it was sometimes a bit noisy.
