The location was outstanding, and breakfast on the terrace was the best part of our Italian trip.

El personal de 10. Las instalaciones, de acuerdo con el up grade que tuve que hacer y pagar, también. Quien falló fue Booking. Nunca comentaron en ninguno de TODOS los correos que me enviaron, que el lugar NO tenía escaleras. Mi marido tiene las dos caderas operadas y una trocanteritis en la izquierda que le impiden siubr y bajar escaleras. Gracias al gran esfuerzo del personal, y en una época de gran demanda, pudimos lograr alojamiento con ascensor. La próxima vez me comunicaré directamente con el lugar para no tener tan grave desinformación. No me gustó la falla de Booking. The Inn at the Spanish Steps de diez. Ya habíamos estado. De ahora en más la contratación será en forma directa

Fantastic. Highly recommended! The place is stunning, the staff are friendly and the service is great. Everything—attractions, restaurants, shopping, the metro—is just minutes away on foot.

The location was great, daily housekeeping was effective, and I forgot to mention earlier that check‑in was smooth; the hotel staff kept our bags until the apartment was ready and moved everything for us, which was a big help. Because there are more apartment options, you’re not always assigned the one you selected, which happened to me: we ended up in two connected units with separate, small social areas, the AC in one didn’t cool, and the other’s shower had weak water pressure.

The location was good and the daily housekeeping worked well. I chose a property that promised a social atmosphere for my family, but we were given a different unit that didn’t meet that goal: two connected apartments with small, disconnected social spaces, and apartment 104 had a shower with weak water flow while the AC in apartment 105 didn’t cool.
