Comfortable, with super cozy linens, great location, and close to everything in the center; no complaints.

The place is in a good spot, but the MT bar is noisy.

Breakfast was good, but I had requested a crib, which was confirmed, and when I arrived there was none.

I was disappointed with the facilities; we had no breakfast because the hotel was disorganized and only served coffee to guests outside the hotel, leaving us without anything. When I asked, they said it had already been charged through booking, so nothing could be refunded for the missing breakfast. We won’t return, and we’ll tell others not to stay at Hotel Zermatt.
