Nice spacious bathroom, good bed. Everything was wonderfully clean. Kitchen available. Outside shared garden. Check‑in was easy. The host speaks English. With a car it’s a short distance to the Rome metro. 15 min. Parking is difficult.

The structure is welcoming, clean, and very well finished. Nothing to complain about.

Good communication, the host speaks English well and is easy to reach. Also, the B&B is within walking distance of the metro, so you can get to Rome easily. Beautiful room, good smart‑home features. Great place to stay! The only thing to watch out for is the return trip from Rome: the metro connections don’t always work well, so you may have to walk far from a different metro station than the one you ended up at.
